Lyndec Designs was established in 1978. We are the pioneers of the shower screen industry with our first landed housing project in all phases at
Springleaf Gardens in 1993. This was the period when cubicled shower screens
became very popular with affluent home owners who travelled overseas and when
condominiums were starting to sprout in Singapore. Our first condominium
project was West Cove Condominium at West Coast Road with Far East Organisation
in 1993. Our supply and installation of shower screens were followed by many
more prestigious projects.
